| NOVEMBER 11th, 2008 "My
Business and, as a result, my personal finances had fallen on hard
times. I was sinking into depression as nothing was working, no
matter how hard I tried. Everything that I knew to do from a Business
perspective, I had done. I came to church on a Sunday morning and
went down to the altar when Pastor Mark encouraged the church to
come forward for a breakthrough. While standing there at the altar,
I felt something happening inside me. Wisdom, that I did not have,
came to me and God gave me a strategy to get out of my mess. I've
heard Pastor Mark call these "Divine Strategies". I immediately
applied the God given strategy and at the same time I gave NOVEMBER 5th, 2008 "I had struggled with an arthritic condition that had caused me great pain and an inability to perform basic functions. I couldn't even tie shoes or buckle a belt. I responded to Pastor Mark's word over the Congregation that God was there to Heal during Worship. As I Worshiped and lifted my hands to Jesus, I felt the pain begin to leave my body. Day by day, I have gained more function and I have less and less pain. I know that God will totally complete this good work which He began as I continue to Worship. Thank you Jesus!" OCTOBER 22nd, 2008 "I
had a degenerative condition in my right knee that caused me great
pain, disfunction and inability to walk without the aid of a walker.
I responded to the Altar call during Worship and Pastor Mark, without
previous knowledge of my condition, pointed at my knee and said
that God was healing it in Jesus name. I immediately felt a great
heat all around my knee and all the AUGUST 12th, 2008 "I came to the Wednesday night Healing Service with a severe kidney infection and unrelated long term back pain. When Pastor Mark anointed me with oil and spoke healing over me in Jesus name, I immediately felt power go through my body and my back pain left. The following day I had tests done that showed the kidney infection totally gone. Thank you Jesus my Healer! The Lord is so good! God does miracles! Praise God!" JULY 22nd, 2008 "I
came forward to the Altar to receive Anointing Cloths from Pastor
Mark during the Wednesday night Healing series. When he placed them
in my hands, I felt power shudder up both my arms and I was instantly
healed of chronic shoulder pain. I also received an impartation
of great expectation and faith for my Husband's healing as I intended
to take the Anointing Cloths to JULY 2nd, 2008 "My young Daughter was being tormented day and night by evil thoughts and what she called "Scary Things". Pastor Mark ministered to her and took authority over the evil spirits that were tormenting her. From that moment she smiled like I hadn't seen her smile in months. She is totally free from all the evil thoughts and "Scary Things" that were tormenting her day and night. Thank you Jesus, He truly sets the captives free". JUNE 11th, 2008 "We sought help from specialists to have a child since I was diagnosed with hormonal imbalances. At an alter call in February, the message given to me was 'God is cleansing you with fresh water. Water is running through your abdomen to prepare your body.' We switched specialists on April 29th because we felt God was leading us in a different direction. Brian was baptized on May 18th and Pastor Mark told him 'to expect his life to change. Great things were now going to come.' One week later, the specialists called and said 'It's POSITIVE! You are with child!' PRAISE GOD!" MARCH 16th, 2008 “My mom had a stroke on Feb. 24 and was hospitalized 4 days. X-rays revealed a blood clot in her heart which caused a blind spot in her left eye and a heart rate of 26 beats/min. LOLCC Congregational Care called and visited mom to pray with and for her. Numerous tests later, doctors said there were no longer signs of a blood clot and the blind spot was GONE! Her heart rate returned to normal. I praise God for his goodness and mercy! Bless you all!” MARCH 2nd, 2008 “My family and I have attended LOLCC and we have been blessed! We feel loved and welcomed! I am so happy and I feel I am on God’s right track!” FEBRUARY 27th, 2008 “I recently underwent testing for possible cancer in my body. The doctor did the scan and when he brought me the report it was clean with NO CANCER!!!” FEBRUARY 24th, 2008 “I had a difficult time reading fine print before I attended the last Healing Service. I received ministry at that time, and later was in a meeting with Pastor Moses, when I looked down at my Bible and could read fine print that I wasn’t able to before! God touched my eyes at the Healing Service!” FEBRUARY 17th, 2008 “I attended the last Healing Service and received prayer and a prophetic word during ministry to those with bad backs and knees. I walked away from that ministry feeling much better. I then remembered that I was to have a procedure to remove a kidney stone in the upcoming weeks, and sought to receive prayer for this, as well. Because the number of people being prayed for was so great, I was not able to receive this specific ministry, but I did have great peace about the situation. I had the successful procedure, and all of the doctors inquired about the pain that I must have had before and after the procedure. I replied that there was virtually no pain at all! I still have the bottle full of pills for “severe pain” they gave me — unopened! Praise God for my better knees and back and for my pain-free kidney stone experience!” FEBRUARY 13th, 2008 “One morning my son Daniel, who is in preschool, said that he was not coming out of his room for breakfast because he was going to "fast breakfast." I inquired a little more about his intention and he said he was going to fast and pray through breakfast for his “lazy eye” to be healed. That week they went to the doctor and were informed that his eye had greatly improved. Daniel had apparently learned about fasting from a Christian television program as well as hearing his mom and dad speak about it. We are instructed to have the faith of a child, and with guidance, our children are never too young to learn biblical truths. Praise the Lord!” JANUARY 30th, 2008 "During a routine examination, a lump was discovered in my daughter’s breast. I immediately submitted the prayer request on the prayer card to the LOLCC Prayer Ministry. Praise the Lord, He truly answers prayer. My daughter went back to the Doctors and the suspicious lump was gone. Thank you Jesus for healing and thank you Light Of Life for praying and believing." JANUARY 23rd, 2008 “My entire family’s income has doubled since we began giving to Light of Life, my knees and hips were healed, and my hearing has returned to me since having Pastor Mark pray for me. My grandson was having a great deal of difficulty in school, and his Christian Karate instructor who teaches here at Light of Life, was used by the Holy Spirit to minister to him, and he is doing much better! “ JANUARY 16th, 2008 “My entire family’s income has doubled since we began giving to Light of Life, my knees and hips were healed, and my hearing has returned to me since having Pastor Mark pray for me. God is using me and leading me in many ways. He knows my hurts and pains, from emotional to physical. He is healing my broken spirit, and he has physically healed a sprained ankle that I had! 100% is what he was waiting for! That's all he wanted, for me to say..."Have it ALL Lord!" “I asked for prayer for my diabetes, and at my last checkup
the results of the test showed that my signs were perfect! Praise
God!” DECEMBER 12th, 2007 “I grew up with a lot of physical and verbal abuse. I lived in fear everyday and grew up with a fear of people, but God has healed me in those areas! The Lord has allowed me to meet so many other women like me who have been raised this way. Even in stores I have strangers come up to me and start telling me about their past abuse. I am able to share my life with them and encourage them with the hope I have inside me and direct them to getting set free. Since we have been coming to Light of Life we have experienced so much love from the body of Christ and love all of you so much.” DECEMBER 5th, 2007 “It has been such a blessing for me to be part of such a wonderful group that is growing so spiritually in the gifts of the Holy Spirit in such a very natural and sweet way. I have enjoyed being part of this group and thank God that you have opened it up to those who are interested in growing in the grace that God has for us. I have noticed the Holy Spirit moving in my own life in a new and greater dimension since I have been part of your wonderful group.” NOVEMBER 28th, 2007 “Stars of Fire" has been a wonderful blessing to me and particularly the Prophetic Explosion at Lori Hensley's home. Lori, Linda, and Anselma have been so accepting, encouraging, and gracious to those of us just learning to move in the prophetic giftings. In the beginning it was difficult for me to let down the protective walls and risk looking foolish. However, the leadership provided an environment of love and safety that enabled me to step out without fear as the bonds of fellowship and trust were built. I am excited about the move of God in this ministry and the impact it has had on my life.” NOVEMBER 21st, 2007 “I always tried to leave my problems outside the doors of the church in order to focus on the moment of worshiping God in hymns and quietly praying and listening to the sermon. There was never any comfort or release from the shackles that bound these problems to my spirit. Then one day, I stood at the sanctuary doors of Light Of Life and tried once again to shed the “dirty rags” before entering. All during the service, I felt the shackles being broken away piece by piece, like the shells from an egg. My heart started to soar and I never felt so light – the burdens I had left at the doors were gone. But the most amazing thing was that when I left to go home, I couldn’t find those burdens to strap back on. God gave me a miracle!” NOVEMBER 14th, 2007 “I am so thankful to God for leading me to this “Book of Acts” church – where miracles are the norm! I had suffered for years (12 or more) with increasing insomnia. Some nights I didn’t fall asleep until 4 or 6 AM with prescription medication. Prayer sometimes brought brief relief – but then the problem would return. It was like pulling off the top of a weed. The problem came back because the cause and root were not identified. I signed up for “Defeating Powers of Darkness”, one of the elective classes in the Equipping Series. Cause identified! Deliverance ministered. Sleeping prescription stopped. Insomnia gone! Thank you, Jesus!” NOVEMBER 7th, 2007 “I was going through a tough time in my life. I was experiencing some family struggles when I moved into the home of a member of Light Of Life. They invited me to the youth lock-in, and during the service I received a prophetic word that changed my life. The first time I came to this church I was so struck by the friendliness of the youth and Pastor Moses. I am now a part of this youth group and the Lord has been working wonders in my life since." AUGUST 15th, 2007 “I have battled with clinical depression for many years. I was on many different medications to help me cope. The Lord recently called me to Light Of Life and I immediately sensed His power and presence in the services. One Sunday morning during Worship, Pastor Mark opened the altar for ministry and I responded not knowing what might happen next. I received a Prophetic word about my depression and that Jesus was breaking it off of me that very moment. I immediately felt a weight being lifted off my shoulders. That very night, I slept without medication and I have not had to take my anti-depressant medication since. I have remained full of joy and hope and am free of all anti-depressant medication for the first time in years. I am truly set free of all the Clinical Depression that I had suffered with for so long. God is the Healer and the Lifter of My Head. Praise Jesus!” AUGUST 8th, 2007 We were in despair over the oppressive state of our family finances. As we were in Pastor Mark's office for ministry, he first spoke Biblical wisdom into our lives concerning our finances and God's promises of breakthrough. Then, Pastor Mark and Pastor Moses began to minister to us as the Holy Spirit led them. My wife and I felt an immediate relief from the heaviness and depression that d been weighing so heavily on us. Pastor Mark prophesied that in one week we would begin to see a breakthrough. Praise God, within one week we received a check in the mail that we were not expecting, we had someone pay for our daughter’s private Christian Schooling for the entire upcoming school year, and a door was opened for me to begin receiving through an additional source of income. Thank you God and thank you Light Of Life! AUGUST 1st, 2007 “God is so good! His word says that He inhabits the Praises of His people. I experienced the truth of this while in Worship at Light Of Life. I have had chronic back pain and a ‘pinched’ nerve in my lower back for years. I was lifting my hands in Worship several Wednesday nights ago during Impartation Service when the Lord suddenly touched me and I was instantly healed. I am pain free and pain medication free for the first time in years. God is a miracle working, healing God. Praise Him!” JULY 25th, 2007 “My son was told by the Doctor that he would lose his eye sight after an operation to remove a brain tumor. I brought him to the altar where he was anointed with oil and prayed over by Pastor Mark and the Elders of the church. During that time of prayer he was clearly touched by the Lord and slain in the Spirit. His eyesight in the left eye has been completely restored, his right eye partially. Praise, Honor, Glory to God. Thank the saints who prayed and continue to pray for his complete healing...Spiritually, Physically, and Mentally!!!” JULY 18h, 2007 “I have attended Light Of Life for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it! During Sunday morning service I was healed of tendonitis in my shoulder and a pinched nerve condition in my back. Praise God!!! I hadn’t been able to move much and without pain for a long time. Now I have full motion, no pain, and I no longer need pain medication.” I came down for the last Healing Service with a doctor’s report that said I had cancer in various places on my body. When I returned from that Healing Service, I went to the doctor and the tests were all negative, as the different spots they had seen before had disappeared. From the first time I attended there was a peace and a right feeling about how the church operated. Light of Life fit perfectly. The people were polite and friendly and I felt welcomed right away. The Praise and Worship Team sings songs that lift my spirit and confirm answers in my life. The presence of the Holy Spirit in each service in undeniable. I enjoy the fact that the Holy Spirit is allowed to direct each service instead of having church as usual. “I came to church as a skeptic. I believed in healing but
never had it happen to me or someone I knew. When Pastor Mark prophesied
over my husband and I, he said to me that I was being healed. I
had never met Pastor Mark and I had not asked for healing–
so I was excited that perhaps he was hearing from God. I did not
feel healing in my back at the moment because I was on heavy pain
killers. The next morning when I woke up I immediately knew something
was different. For the first time in 2 1/2 years I had no pain in
my back. I have been pain free ever since and have taken no pain
medication. I am able to carry my children up and down stairs and
have no pain. I was skeptical, now I believe!”
